Exchange & Return Policy

At Dolls Surgery Coordinator & Fajas Venus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange or return your garment, please follow these guidelines:

Before Trying It On:

Always wear underwear when trying on your garment.

Avoid lotions, deodorants, oils, makeup, or perfumes that could stain or leave odors.

Handle carefully; avoid pulling on delicate areas like silicone edges or thin fabrics.

Remove jewelry and be mindful with nails or sharp objects.

If you are recovering from surgery, cover wounds well to prevent stains.

Important Details:

Exchange or return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Only one exchange per order is allowed.

The garment must be in the same condition it was received — unworn, unwashed, without stains or odors, with all original tags attached, and in its sealed packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; however, we will cover the shipping of the replacement.

Do not use the original garment bag as the return shipping package. Please place the sealed garment bag inside a shipping bag or box to protect it.

Manufacturing defects are covered for 30 days (including return shipping). Each case will be reviewed to confirm it qualifies as a defect; damage caused by use or mishandling is not covered.

3. Send us your shipping receipt once the package is on its way.

4. After inspection, we will contact you to arrange a replacement shipment or refund.
